Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products we strongly recommend that you are present to take delivery of your parcel. To ensure that your chocolates and confectionery arrive at their destination in the best possible condition orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday. Please be sure to provide our team with an address that is accessible during normal delivery hours(Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm). 

The Iris Patch will endeavor to ensure that all products arrive in good condition, although at times this may be outside of our control and we will not be liable for damages. We thank you in advance for your understanding of this policy.
